Better Health
I'm a carnivore. I can't deny my body's need for beef, pork, ham, & chicken.
I knew I loved meat. I was becoming vegan due to animals being injected with hormones, antibiotics, & the like; and being fed grain, corn, and biproducts. What I ddidn't know is that I could find antibiotic free, grassfed and/or pastured meat locally. From farms I could tour. A lot of vegans are so due to inhumane living and slaughtering. But, with finding a local farm these don't exist for me anymore.
I have also learned that saturated fat isn't bad for you as long as it's "naturally" sourced. Meaning grassfed, antibiotic hormone free meat. I don't want to go into lengthy details but checkout The fat burning man and the bulletproof exec.
Say hello to ButlletProof Paleo!! Good-bye Vegan!
